Baking bread

I bake my own bread these days.  It is way cheaper and healthier than going to the store.  This is a 2 - 3lb loaf baked in a cake pan. The house smells so good on days that I bake bread.

Here is the new face with the green eyes.  I really didn't grab my best pair for this particular sculpt. I was just showing that you need not spend a great deal of money on a pair of eyes to do a practice sculpt.  These are eyes I printed off on my inkjet printer and then coated with a UV coating.

Working on faces

I have started new practice rounds on the Beginning Polymer Clay Sculpture Group.  I love this group.  I have learned so much about sculpting from all of these wonderful ladies.  I hope I am getting better at this part.  Anyway one of the members is going to teach a costuming project, so I am really excited about and I have posted photos of the head I am working on...before and after the critique from Judy and Janet, who are so nice and have taught me so much.  If any of you are interested in learning to sculpt in polymer clay I suggest joining this group.

This one is after the critique.  I am going to post another one I did with green eyes that I made myself.  They are flat and I just put them in to show a lady on the group that you need not have expensive eyes to sculpt.
